Terms of Service for Novarylo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Novarylo services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern all participation and purchases.

2. Scope of Services

Novarylo provides educational services, digital publications, and physical items related to education and learning.

2.1 Educational Services

Enrolment in live sessions, group coaching, or one-on-one tutoring offered by Novarylo is governed by these Terms.

2.2 Information Products

Downloadable materials, recorded workshops, and digital guides sold through Novarylo.

2.3 Physical Goods

Print materials, books, or other tangible products sold by Novarylo.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Educational Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service start date by submitting a request via our contact form. Upon approval, funds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Alternatively, clients may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future session at no extra fee, subject to availability. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund, as resources are allocated in advance.

3.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund of digital downloads must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our contact form. Once access has been granted and content downloaded, refunds are not possible due to the nature of digital delivery. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form to receive a return authorization. Items must be unmarked and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective. Refunded amounts will be issued to the original payment method after the returned goods are inspected.

3.4 No-Refund Services

Certain offerings—such as lifetime access subscriptions or final exam grading services—are exempt from refunds due to the irreversible allocation of instructor time and platform resources. These items are explicitly non-refundable.

4. Payment Methods

Novarylo accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are property of Novarylo and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Novarylo is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services.
